Lithium niobate networks for on-chip multiple scattering
We build an experimentally verified graph model for integrated waveguide networks, providing a platform for investigating multiple scattering of light with tailored disorder.
Numerical investigations confirm expected transport properties in random media, as well as reveal unique scale-invariant features in a discretised network system. By changing the back-scattering strength at individual nodes, the networks move between diffusive and localised regimes.
